My books (ebooks and paperback/hardcover books alike, both in color and black-and-white print) are available on Amazon and Lulu Books:

“33 Castles, Battles, Legends”:

Magnificent castles and legendary heroes from the age of Hungarian-Turkish wars. Europe was torn by religious and dynastic wars in the 16th century while the mighty Ottoman Empire was getting ready to conquer the countries of the Christian world.

The Hungarians had contributed vastly more than their share to the steady development of the European civilization at this time.

The Hungarian-Ottoman War Series aims to make this age more popular in the English language. Let us meet and pay tribute to the generations of long-forgotten heroes. In this book, I have chosen thirty-three castles from those which used to guard the northern part of the Hungarian Kingdom against the Ottoman Empire.

I described the history of these castles from the beginning until the 18th century and added a particular legend or battle, a siege that can be associated with the place. The legends and the battles were written as short history-fiction stories, based on traceable facts.

“The Ring of Kékkő Castle”:

It is historical fiction, a novel:

In the tumultuous year of 1634, Bálint Felföldi starts a quest to find the lost Ring of King Matthias Corvinus in the wildlands of the Hungarian Military Borderlands where the remnants of the once-great Hungarian kingdom mix with the Habsburg and Ottoman Empires.

At the center of this tale of adventure and intrigue is Bálint, the son of a Hungarian mother of the Székely frontier guards of the Carpathian Mountains and Scottish soldier-of-fortune who came to Hungary to serve the Prince of Transylvania.

On his quest, he has adventures and overcoming obstacles, hardships, and foes that seek to undermine his efforts. The novel wishes to pay tribute to the Hussar and Hajdú warriors of the Hungarian Valiant Order of the Borderland who had been gloriously blocking the Ottoman Empire’s expansion into Europe for centuries.
